My son moved in almost two months ago. Its his first time on his own, and he was so excited. While the apartment looks nice, there is a HUGE problem. His apartment has gigantic roaches/palmetto bugs. Its nasty! His month ly rent includes having an exterminator come every Thursday, it hasnt helped.My son has spoken with the managing agent. They havent offered any additional options. So my son continues to live in an infested apartment. Hes a very clean young man. Hes reached the point where he doesnt want to cook in his kitchen. Its a shame.So if youre considering renting an apartment in this complex, you may want to reconsider. more ... hide ...
