This place is a total joke Ive called several times and reference to applying for an apartment I am 57 years old disabled and looking so relocate to Florida Ive called several times and got different information From 2 different people. The front desk employee Greeta and the manager Alexi, both are very unprofessional. I was told I would have to drive 10 hours there from SC just to fill out an application, ( No guarantees I will get the apartment) I asked could you tell me what document information they would need for the application she told me I would have to get that information online, if I did not have access to the Internet they could not help me, just come into the office. Once again I tried to explain to her I would be driving 10 hours to fill out an application can you just tell me what paperwork I would need to bring with me NO the information is onine and hung up the phone. Personally I feel if you treat someone that is elderly and disable this way God only knows how they will treat me if I lived there. I feel they were very disrespectful not professional at all. I hope their parents never have to look for a 55 plus community apartment in experience what I just had to deal with..this is so bad what in the hell is this world coming to...smh more ... hide ...
