Was recently searching for an apartment in the Clearwater area. I came across this place thru the apartment finder website & sent my information over as I was interested. I received a call back from Adam. During the conv ersation as I continued to ask questions his attitude/energy changed towards it. I got the sense that he was profiling/discriminating against me. He seemed to doubt that I could afford the rent & asked several times if I would be able to handle that and afford that much, which I found quite disrespectful because I had clearly stated that I made more than enough to qualify according to their standards. I asked 3 times if I could have the application/ how to apply and each time the response was I dont know if you can afford that or not, its a lot, theres no point in filling out the application if you cant afford it. After I told him yet again that YES I CAN AFFORD THAT ANDNI MAKE ENOUGH TO QUALIFY FOR IT. He told me he would email me the application AND NEVER DID! Adam racially profiled and discriminated against me during our conversation and I would not recommend any place that operates that in that manner. Totally disgusting! more ... hide ...

Ive lived here the past 2 years and have really enjoyed it. Would stay longer but my job is moving me. The good management shows here. Very well-kept landscaping, buildings are well maintained, security and nice pools. P eaceful oasis in Largo. Cant get much more simple and affordable living than here in the Tampa Bay area. I was looking to move from out of state. Even though my move in date is 5 months away I was able to apply for an apartment now and hold that apartment. I had a special circumstance and Tony went above and beyond working with me to make this happen. Tony stayed in connect with me every step of the way and was always available to speak with me when I called. Amazing customer service and communication. The process was super simple and it was able to be done completely online. I just want to thank Tony and the on site Manager for such a great experience in such uncertain times.
