This place is the worst apartments Ive ever lived in! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone! They have the worst maintenance staff. They take forever fixing the smallest things. My AC hasnt worked properly for thr ee years since I been here and now Ive been without for a week and they dont care! It will probably be three months before I get it fixed if Im lucky! My toilet has been running for 8 months running up my water bill and they wont come and fix it. Roaches are another big problem you can spray all you want but you cant get rid of them. This community is the trashiest place Ive ever lived. People just set trash out side everywhere by trees and fire hydrants because they are to lazy to take it dumpster. The office staff is the rudest people I ever had to deal with. They arent friendly at all!! I wouldnt waste your time looking for an apartment in here trust me! They raise my rent every 6 months for no reason with only a month notice. I cant wait to get out of here! more ... hide ...

I have lived out here for 15 years. The last manager has allowed this property to become run down. Thankfully she is no longer there and hopefully we get someone who wants to make improvements to the property and who tre ats residents with respect. The awnings needs power washing to remove the mold build up. This used to be done annually. We used to get mulch seasonally along with tree trimming. This has also fell out. Miyosi and Michelle are very helpful, friendly and care about the residents. Hopefully corporate gets someone in with the same mindset. Who treats residents as residents and not place silly rules such as keep your porch light on every night or youll get a $50 fine. All in all I have been out here many years and as long as the manager is good the property will improve. The apartment units are nice units and still one of the affordable complexes in the area. more ... hide ...
