All things are relative and this place is affordable. It is not high-end but the people are very nice. My father lived there for the last year of his life and I am just getting around to writing a review although he pass ed away at the end of last year. The staff are genuinely concerned for the welfare of their residents. They helped us arrange for services they dont provide like transportation, nursing, etc.The other residents were very nice and conversational. They always said hi and inquired about my fathers well being. It was a difficult search to find places at the lower end of the price scale and I couldnt be more pleased with these folks.The location is a real bonus. It is in the heart of Downtown Decatur so you are within walking distance of just about everything youd need including haircuts, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, Marta, even live music! more ... hide ...
