Move here back in 2018, Ive had 5 different landlords, the one we have now. Wont even answer the phone so if you have a work order or a complaint. You best write a note and drop it in the drop box like you do the rent. All 4 yrs hasnt been bad but the neighbors that stay above me now has been the rudest. Her family like to drop the childs off @ her apartment and they play throughout the entire apartment. Jumping off sofa chair and bed on too the floor, all types of morning arguments. I spend more time at my girlfriends house just to get away from the madness. They just moved in last summer and they have been the worst of worse. Ive been trying to get front office to repair this water damage ceil in my kitchen since Oct. 2021, even tried to show it to the new manager. But like always, put a work order in, that the reply she gave and they never answer the phone more ... hide ...

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Management is trash. Here are some examples of how. 1. I came into the office bc my water was turned off without warning and when I went to the office for an answer the manger got an attitude with me f or asking where as the notice sent. Come to find out it was never sent. AND you guessed it no she did not apologize. I asked for a credit on my rent as I was missing work due to this issue. She lied and said she gave it. 2. The power went out in my apartment due to faulty breaker box. I waited two days for them to fix the issue they left a hole with wires showing when they were \"done\" still has not been fix. 3. The fault in the shower is just running literally has been turning since 8am. They came yesterday to \"fix:\" this issue but only patched it up. I asked them to change the knobs but they refused and now the water is just running. 4. When you go to the office you barely get a hello and its like you are a burden for asking them to fix their property. Now I understand stress levels are high but stress levels are high for everyone.
