My grandmas best friend lives here. It is great and affordable. Most of the people are nice. The apartments are cozy, the community area is always bright and clean. The staff are great. The only thing we could say is disa ppointing (Hence the 3 stars) would be the new president of residents. She reminds us of those girls off of that movie \"Mean Girls\". Many of the residents arent happy, they feel subjugated by her. A very loyal and wonderful employee quit working there due to her.I guess wherever you go theres always that one person that doesnt make it worth it.My opinion, the manager is great but a push-over when it comes to the new president of residents. A living community shouldnt have a dictator, but a cohesiveness with the residents. They pay to live there, they dont pay to be treated the way they do by that one person. If you can ignore them, you should get along great with everyone else. They are really nice people to be around. more ... hide ...

The Good Samaritan Home helps the homeless to get off the streets and gives them a place to start a rental history so they have a good chance to get into a apartment. It is a SRO (single room occupancy) you have your own bathroom and it comes with a bed with bedding you have a dresser and if you need and would like you can get a t.v and if you have enough room you can have a chair. My dog and I moved to Boise from Portland after my husband passed away. I was homeless for a total of 8 years 2 of them here in Boise. I went and got on the waiting list for a room. I had no rental history but they still gave me a chance. I am so glad that they did. The staff is great. They treat everyone like family. They supply 3 meals cable all lights and heat they also have free laundry and housekeeping. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR GIVING ME A CHANCE. more ... hide ...
