Tell me why this residence is for seniors and disabled when Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapists, Home Health, CNAs, food delivery or even Emergency services CANNOT get in for their assistance or services. I appr eciate their protection with the doors being locked at both entrances but if this is required, an employee should be at the door during business hours at least!? My Father in law loves his home and he has been there close to 20+ years. They pay to live there, why does this required door closure need to affect their home needs and even health requirements? more ... hide ...

I have lived here 4yrs now. It is a secured Apt building. You would not know by looking at it that it is Apts because all the Apts are inside. It has 3 floors and basement too. Also in the basement there is a large room in the corner decorated like in the 50s. It has a kitchen a large T.V and several round tables with chairs and a couple booths included. Its very nice. Any of the residents are allowed to use it for a get together situation they have. It has a laundry room w/t.v. too. It has an elevator. At the entrance inside is the office and another room w/furniture, T.V. and cable for residents. It is very quite and peace full. It has a tree and small pond in the middle of it inside in the basement. For being in Nampa it is an original Apt building. Hello to whomever it may concern! Ive been here for about a year myself and my 10 yrs old girl. Also my service dog which everyone loves hes so gentle with the kids and adults. when if first moved here with my oldest dau ghter. I always walk my dog and I would pickup trash to help out here cause Im so greatfull to be here. I had a good report with the other maintenance tech. alot of the tenants where sad to see him go and for whatever reason! I think they made a bad desicion! he was very good and knowledgeable at what he did. Ive got concerns about the cleanliness of the property trash everywhere and no wants to pickup after there dog and they let there kids run allover without supervision! its a shame people cant teach there kid how to be respectful I will send pics more ... hide ...
