I moved in February 2021. The staff is very friendly, and willing to help you with any problem. The maintenance has come at a timely manner and get the job done and safely. The grounds are well kept, no lottering in the building, no loud music or noise from my neighbors. The building is clean, if not call maintenance and they come right out and get it done even get outside trash bins clean from ppls unwanted furniture. I have never had mice, roaches or any other pest in my unit, they do come out and spray on time as well as the vents. There are 4 bus stops to get you where you need to go which is a plus for those of us who dont have transportation.My thing is that property does need a play ground area for the kids Im sure they would love to have one, oh yes they do have laundry facility on the property another plus.Thank youPrairie Green Staff. more ... hide ...

Bayberry-Oakbrook has been a pleasant place for me to live. I moved here from Kentucky and loved how affordable it is for a young professional. This is family-friendly place so anticipate kids being around but Ive me t a few of the families and they are very respectful.Friendly neighbors as well. When I first moved in, the neighbor above me and across from me greeted me when I first moved and checked in the first couple of months to make sure I was doing okay.The office staff has been incredibly kind and accommodating for anything I needed. I am in the midst of getting a pet and they have been accepting yet informative about the process. Additionally, you can chat with them in the office space when theyre there. They know who I am when I walk in, which is rare for a complex.Lastly, the maintenance is fantastic. I believe its third-party but you put in a request and its addressed in no more than 48 hours after (sometimes a few hours after) and they give a good warning of when theyre coming in.Ive enjoyed my stay here and will be renewing for another year! more ... hide ...
