Bayberry-Oakbrook has been a great place for me to live. I relocated from Kentucky and was delighted at how economical it was for a young professional. This is a family-oriented area, so you can expect to see children around but I have already gotten Bayberry-Oakbrook has been a great place for me to live. This is a family-oriented area, so you can expect to see children around but I have already gotten to know some of the families and they are very respectful. The neighbors are friendly as well. When I moved in, the people living above and across from me welcomed me and asked me how I was doing in the first few months. The people working in the office have been incredibly friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. I am currently in the process of getting a pet and they have been supportive yet informative about the procedure. Also, you can have a chat with them in the office when they are present. They always recognize me when I enter, which is rare for an apartment building. Lastly, the maintenance is excellent. I think it is outsourced but you submit a request and it is attended to within 48 hours (sometimes even sooner) and they give a good warning before they come. I have enjoyed my stay here and will be extending my lease for one more year! more ... hide ...
