This is a nice place. They do a great job keeping it up. They have a big community room that they have events in for the residents like potluck lunches, ice cream socials, and pizza parties.

This is the worst place to live management is terrible, drug activity in the parking lots and buildings. The maintenance are old, lazy and move so slow and are disrespectful.Management do not listen to tenant complaints. People hang out drinking and smoking in parking lot and leave all the garbage behind.Hallways smell like cigarettes,weed,liqour and are nasty...it look good on outside but inside terrible. Someone deliberately stole my mirror off my car management did nothing wouldnt look at the cameras nothing.Also lots of shooting and gang activity!!!!!DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! more ... hide ...

Yes. I had a very bad experience. I drove up to grab an application and the lady at the very first desk was extremely rude. I was denied for having a fraud alert on my credit, which doesnt make sense. My credit liter ally said to call and confirm before opening something new in credit. When I called to get a better understanding, the lady spoke very loudly at me as if I couldnt understand English. I was just really confused as to why this lady was so rude to me. It made me feel like they just wanted my money and never intended to rent to me. She couldnt even show me any apartments, which made me think they dont have any available to begin with. I gave them my money and everything. $50 application fee. Its crazy. Anyway, the whole experience was so terrible, I decided to not move in that area at all. Actually found me a place nicer than this place and management is nice. Very bad experience. more ... hide ...
