IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD...I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE... I LIVED THERE FOR 4YRS AND FIRST OFF BOTH BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED THE 4917 BUILDING INFESTED WITH ROACHES AND THE 4825 BUILDING I S INFESTED WITH MICE WHICH IS THE ONE I STAYED IN THE MICE WAS OUT OF CONTROL AND YOU COULDNT HAVE CATS BUT MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEM BUT SAY CHECK AND SEE IF ITS ANY HOLES IN YOUR APARTMENT EVEN WHEN I WAS 8 MONTHS PREGNANT WHICH IS THEIR JOB... I HAD TO HIRE MY OWN EXTERMINATOR THAT WAS RECOMMENDED BY A GIRL WHO LIVED IN THE BUILDING WITH ROACHES BECAUSE THE CHEAP EXTERMINATORS THEY HIRE COME OUT ONCE A MONTH AND JUST GIVE YOU ONE TRAP AND SPRAY BASE BOARDS IN KITCHEN ONLY SO IF YOU HAVE A ISSUE IN BEDROOMS OR BATHROOMS YOU CAN FORGET IT AND WORK ORDERS TAKE FOREVER ESPECIALLY IF ITS NOT EXPERIENCING A LEAK OR A WATER ISSUE AND ITS ONLY ONE MAINTENANCE WORKER THATS IF THEY HAVE ONE AND ITS ALWAYS SOMEONE NEW BECAUSE EVERYBODY THAT WORKS THERE END UP QUITTING.MY STOVE WAS OUT FOR A MONTH AND HALF AND IT WAS NEVER REPAIRED. THE INCINERATOR IS ALWAYS FULL OF TRASH AND WATER PRESSURE WAS ALWAYS DOWN OR WOULD ONLY GET WARM NEVER HOT. BUT WOULD ALWAYS WANT RENT ON TIME AND IF YOU WERE A DAY LATE THEY WOULD PUT 5 DAY NOTICE ON YOUR DOOR OR WANNA TAKE YOU TO COURT AND THE OUTSIDE GATE WAS ALWAYS BROKE AND THEY ARE QUICK TO ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION... THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS NOT TOO BAD AND EVERYTHING IS WALKING DISTANCE AND TRANSPORTATION WHICH WAS GOOD FOR ME SINCE I WORK DOWNTOWN BUT I ENDED UP MOVING BUT THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE TAKING OVER BY SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THE TENANTS BECAUSE THE PROPERTY MANAGER THEY HAVE NOW DOES NOT! more ... hide ...

I would not recommend renting here. Our sliding glass door was busted out in July 1 2021, and it didnt get replaced until February of 2022. Anytime there were issues, Id have to call the company that owns Georgetown Apar tments, Sansone Group, and only about half the time would anything be done. The laundry machines in the basement were unoperational. I became very ill in January and February. My boyfriend went down in the basement to to investigate a hunch and found mold. That was never taken care of after being brought to their attention and I still owe a $250 doctor bill over that. Then the cherry on top was when our apartment was broken into while we were signing on our home. It was tenants from next door who did it. They left damage to our apartment as well during the breaking. We moved out the very next day. Now, we have a debt collector attempting to contact us because supposedly they had tonreplace carpet in our apartment. We left the apartment better than we found it. When we loved in, the carpet looked horrible and we used rugs to cover up how bad it looked as well as to protect the carpet. They did jot attempt to contact us at all and instead sent it to a debt collector. This has been a total nightmare. Ive never experienced this level of incompetence anywhere else Ive ever rented. more ... hide ...
