Rules are archaic. 10 day eviction notices for income controlled elderly. Bldg 201 still has hole in wall with exposed clean out (they just sealed the wall after almost 2 years). Maintenance is non existent and the rando m monthly inspections are not looking at the maintenance shortfalls and only looking for rule violations.Sitting area in the back of the building was open to a patio area. They have locked the door and now individuals with walkers, hover rounds and other mobility equipment cant access the sitting area.The main building has had a consistent bed bug and other insect infestations which require frequent visits from Rottler.Property manager more worried about how tight her clothes are rather than solving problems. Good luck at this place.More to followMore complaints of cloudy water and non operational call system. This call system is how the residents grant access to guests. Good morning, Lesly. I hope this email finds you well. First, I just wanted to thank you and your entire staff for the amazing job you have done for all of your residents in your community. My mom may be a little rough a round the edges but shes a beautiful person who has been through a lot, not just from covid-19 but her entire life. During her intake when she was asked what her goals were she said she \"just wanted to fit in\" and I have complete faith that she has finally found a home. Lesly, my mom whispered to me in disbelief when she saw her new bed set and couldnt believe that it was hers. It was a humbling moment for me to realize my mother has probably not ever had a brand new bed set or if she has it was a long time ago. Im relaying these thoughts because I am so grateful to all of you that you can do for her what I am unable to and she is safe from abuse or harm. Attached to this email is a condolence letter to the benefactors who thoughtfully donated the furniture (especially the flat screen!) for my mother. Please keep me updated, Im far away but I will make sure I visit after her quarantine and Robertas great-grandaughter is looking forward to meeting her.
