Wouldnt move here if you love your privacy and cleanliness. Landlord Jennifer Martin has let our neighbor threaten us and beat on our wall, allow her to record us, and allowed her to leave her trash on a shared patio for 6 months knowing that it stunk really bad to the point bugs were flying out bags. She wont handle your maintenance request seriously and will blame you if you confront her about why youre living in filth. She refused to have someone come out and spray for gnats that we sent her 4 emails about. My heat doesnt work nor does my hot water. Would not recommend whatsoever!!!! She is completely incompetent of doing her job or anyone that runs Bingham square better known as courtyard apartments. Weve had to report her to the city hall multiple times for not doing her job or not taking our complaints serious. She has allowed my neighbor to bust out my car window to the point where we had to get them fixed and be behind on bills. more ... hide ...

In early May my brother came in to inquire about an apartment, he met with Dejona Edward-Coffee. He explained to her that we were in the process of getting our moms home ready to close as she recently passed away. She had him fill out an application and said 1st availability for a apartment would be July 20th. My brothers application was approved with an anticipated move in date on the 20th or possibly sooner. Several times he would try to reach out to Dejona stopping by or calling office to get updates. No return phone calls. On July 9th he again stopped in and asked was there a deposit or lease to to be signed to secure and make sure he had a place to move and show verification that he has a apartment since time was of the essence. She told him no we dont take deposits but proceeded to send him a welcome letter that gave information of what utilities needed to be connected etc. But no apartment address on number. On July 20th my brother made other arrangements as he moved from our mothers home. Still nothing from Dejona , on July 21st he received a call from your company but no message. This whole experience has been stressful not just for my brother but for his siblings that we all were managing the closing of our mothers home and getting him moved. I dont know any apartment complex that doesnt allow you to sign a lease on apartment that is scheduled to be avail prior to the available date and give security deposit etc. Communicate with future tenant or say we cant accommodate your request!Update 8/8/22Dejona, please do better after above review and speaking with you and you were to provide call records of so called communication which you did not call back to supply . You instead sent a bogus move out statement ( keep in mind no lease or address were ever given) with an address on this statement with zero balance. But where was the move in statement? Or more importantly a lease attached. Oh wait there was never a lease signed or move in.. unethical practices. Yes feel free to respond with some more BS more ... hide ...
