I have lived in Cross lakes apts now for 6yrs. I really havent had too many issues until last yr. My ceiling over my tub was leaking. It has been replaced and re patched several times now. But no one had truly checked to see what was causing my ceiling to falling in or leak. Now last month I heard water dripping found out it water leaking on my furnace. My bathroom ceiling had just been replaced and it was leaking and coming down again. The maintenance man did found out that my neighbors hot water heater had busted and was able to turn off my neighbors water to stop the leakage on my furnace. Well later in that evening the water was still coming out this time a lot faster. I contacted emergency maintenance . I have only contacted them once before. I will tell you two different men same outcome. They push back because neither one of them reside in Anderson,IN . For a family member to be visiting and talked to the maintenance man. The water was on my furnace and it was cold so I did not want to turn my heat on. My family member explained to him if it was your family or you, you would be upset. He did show up attitude and all. He did stop the leakage and he admitted it was terrible. I am disabled and I have a serious of health issues. The maintenance men on the property are really nice. There is mold in my bathroom ceiling and mold by my furnace. I had to leave and let them let the mold. I called an inspector. I still have mold. They hired a person to come and complete what needs to be done..I asked could someone let me know when, he plans on coming. I was told once they get an estimate they will. I walked into my apt the man is there no heads up and I had to find somewhere to go. Rent has went up an extra $94.00. The stove is out dated, microwave, dishwasher, they just replaced patio doors. I still feel a breeze coming through. my livingroom is the coldest room in my apt.We have new management and I feel they do not care at all they are very nonchalant about any issue you have. I miss Old management. even the person at the front office she was really good at her job. I used to love it out here because it was peaceful and if you had any issues the woman in the front office was on it.Terrible but these apts are not worth. The price. This has to be my last yr here more ... hide ...

We Love our apartment and it is a very nice, kind, friendly place to live. We have resident get togethers, place Bingo, and have Pitch in Dinners. As with every apartment complex there are issues. But the nice apartments with wonderful appliances kind if make up for the issues. We have lived here now over 2 yes and have no plans of moving in the near future or even the long future, lol. Only issue is I is no longer a 55+ apartment complex as we were told when we moved in. Sure wish it would get back to being 55+ llike it is advertised. more ... hide ...

BEWARE steer away from here!!! Red flag!! Alot of Roaches I have pictures and vidieo (I would post them on here if it would let me if you want pictures msg me I wish I could post the vidio and pictures so people can be alerted and aware)and when you put a deposit down with the aplication and arent unable to see any apartments,then find out theres ROACHES was told my daughter wont get depost back thats bs!! Cant move my daughter in do to thier issues,Sad they need to take money from my daughter who isgoing through a had time ! more ... hide ...
