It took me two years on the waiting list before I got in but it was well worth it. Shannon and Kevin made it vertually painless for me to move in and now that Ive been here a little while Im so glad Im here. The manager Shannon and Kevin who is in charge of maintenance have been great! So are the residents, its more like having an extended family everyone is so nice and kind. What a huge change from other places I have lived that will remain nameless. I just cant say enough good things about living here. The best by far! more ... hide ...

Not even worth one star!!! I will NEVER live here again!!!! Nothing but problems from day 1. They never fix anything and if they do they half ass it! The pipes are so old you cant run both washers at once or else it will flood. Also there is mold all under the sinks and behind the appliances. All they do when its brought to their attention is paint over it. My last major complaint is the structure of the building. It hasnt been updated since the 70s so whenever the person above you walks its extremely loud and you can hear everything they do and when I say everything I mean everything! If you have kids DO NOT move here!!!!! more ... hide ...
