If I could give this place a -10 I would . I would NOT recommand these apartments to ANYONE ! Worse first apartment EVER for me ! i lived there for 5 years . maintenance was terrible instead of fixing the problems they m ade them much worse . The management there before was terrible very rude & now new management came in & have no idea what they are doing . Im glad Im out but I got terminated from the lease from a highly miscommunication ! Now Im having a lot of problems finding another place . Thank you very my terrible experience with you guys & I hope to NEVER see these people AGAIN ! please DO NOT MOVE IN THESE !!yu will have rats & your electric will not work . Much more problems too ... more ... hide ...

I really dont know how to give the best review without sounding too opinionated, but this used to be a school, turned apartments and community center! Its a lot that goes on around the building, pertaining to the crowds of people that hangout around there, and it can be unsafe!! So beware! The inside of the apartments are bland and basic and lack appeal, no windows to look out of, its just not where I would call home! The neighborhood is ruff, and I could just see myself not feeling safe or comfortable! Its not the property, its really the people that live and frequent the premises, theyve taken over, and if the police had to drive around and hangout there, its a no go for me! more ... hide ...

Moving here to Deerfield Commons Apartments was one of the BEST decisions we made for our little family. Deerfield Commons is a great place to live. Our landlord Miss Karen is professional, friendly, understanding and be st of all she is proactive, anytime there is a problem or concern. She has consistently been willing to listen patiently to each of our concerns.The head of our property maintenance department is JR. He is knowledgeable about each facet of building maintenance; he is a great person as well as a motivated individual. When things are working smoothly, I am proud to say JR is doing preventative maintenance.Our family has been proud to call Deerfield Commons Apartments our home.Location: We have been able to enjoy the benefits of living close to the YMCA, swimming year round at the indoor aquatic center, and shopping at the nearby Tippecanoe Mall (SIMONS MALL) year round as well has been more convenient, as well as a safe place to walk around inside when the weather is less than great.There are plenty of places to choose from in Lafayette Indiana that you could choose to call home, but, simply put: Deerfield Commons Apartments is the BEST CHOICE for our family! more ... hide ...
