This place is not a place for anyone to have to live! It is literally home for elders to go and die. Its dirty and you can literally smell death through the place. I would seriously reconsider sending anyone elderly that you care for to live in this location! There are much nicer facilities in our area available for anyone over 55! more ... hide ...

I moved in October of 2021the leasing office is very unprofessional Ive had many maintenance issues as well as them holding up their end. Recently I received a letter saying I owed more than what I actually do. The o ffice is never open no one is ever there but they always make sure you pay them their money even with added on fees you knew nothing about. Ive contacted the office 3 times in regards to me being in between jobs. They claimed I owed them a late fee from the previous month knowing that if that was the case then I wouldve had to pay it with my rent from the previous month. Ive called multiple times in that last 3 days no answer what so ever. My power has went out numerous times as well as the other tenants in my building. And Ive asked to speak with live agents on multiple occasions do not move here its a scam out of your money they have previous situations with the law for not being professional and handling livelihood of their tenants correctly. more ... hide ...

Apartments are clean. Laundromat on site, and it takes cards Incase you dont have time to get quarters. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Maintenance men are efficient and do not make a mess when fixing or making any necessary repairs you might have. I loved it here and Im very sad to go but my career has moved me elsewhere. Would recommend to anybody looking for a nice place to stay on the West side. more ... hide ...
