This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an apartment complex. They control everything! If you get your tv connection from them, they charge you $90 for their cheapest plan. If you go through another pro vider, you have to give them a $150 security fee and you have to put the satellite on your porch in case of damage to your property. There is basically no water pressure. Today, I got stuck trying to get out of my parking spot for 20 minutes because the property manager did not feel it was necessary to put salt down or remove the snow from the parking lot. When they did, they left a 3 foot pile of snow directly behind my car. Mind you, they did this around 7 am. I complained and she told me that it was my fault because I did not move my car so that they could blade the parking spot correctly. We had been here less than a year and the carpet started coming up, and I mean that we can pull the carpet off of the floor. Those are just a few of the reasons that I would not suggest renting an apartment in this complex. more ... hide ...

I went to visit a friend there and I have to say the apt is very nice. The rooms in her apt are not big, but I dont know about other apt room sizes there, they may be bigger, but Im not sure, but it is clean and secure a nd it is convenient to Walmart, Aldis, and several other stores and restaurant. It is for ages 65 and older. more ... hide ...
