Ive grown up in this place. It was better in the 90s. My parents still live in the high-rise The Willows Apartments are horrible!!!! Do Not Move Here!!!! Roach and rodent infested. Maintenance is horrible, i t took several years just for my parents to receive a new AC. I wish they would move out of there. You cant control the temperature in your household, water leaks from above the neighbors unit, elevator always broken down, bad neighborhood, and urine on staircase and elevator¤¢ and etc.... This is a warning. I dont think the owner cares for their property and I dont think it will get better over time. These apartments should be half way homes. They need to tear that place down and rebuild. more ... hide ...

I have lived her since Aug. 2018. I only had issues with roaches when I first moved in. I got that under controlled within the first week. Having tenants who live nasty would be the cause of the roaches, mice and bed bu gs. So you cant blame that on Heidi nor maintenance. Anytime Ive requested maintenance, they had it fixed within one to two days. I believe paying rent on time makes a big difference with the issues people have here. The pot holes in the parking lot does need fixed. They will be doing that in June of this year sometime. If you drive normal threw the parking lot you can miss every hole. Im very comfortable living here. Ive met a lot of nice neighbors who have also lived here the same amount of time or longer. I would recommend this place to live. I love my home, we have the best property manager and staff. Wonderful place and safe to live. I would like to see just a small form of diversity in staff. The negative about the co-op the residents they are not respons ible for their children. Which means our kids cant play on the play grounds because of unattended kids. Some residents allow their kids to hang out front instead of the play areas. Staff is not responsible to police our children. Some parents are just non concerned about their children. Which means to keep peace we must take our kids offsite. more ... hide ...
