I havent had any issues living here and like it for the most part. Ive had a couple maintenance issues that got resolved the next day or day off. My refrigerator went out after the office was closed and maintenance was there 30 minutes later with a brand new fridge. Thats super impressive to me since I manage an apartment complex myself and good maintenance guys are very hard to find. The only thing I will say is the kids that live here are bad as hell and parents do not look after them at all. There is babies still in diapers running around with children no more then 7-8 years old but that is not the office staffs fault it should be common sense that residents should look after there children. This place has went to hell in a hand basket.. If your white you dont have a chance.. white ppl cant break one rule. But there are ppl in here can have 15 ppl living with them.
