When i first moved in i was 18 years old and didnt know better. The previous maintenance guy never painted, patched holes, there was a huge crack in the walls, and a prescription bottle was used to plug up a washer outle t. I lived there for four years and just recently moved out. Aside from the first move in, i never had an issue. It was quiet, well kept and perfect for someones first apartment. I just recently moved out and the new maintenance guy was so wonderful. I was scared, it was my first ever walk through, and when i first moved in i didnt take pictures or write down the issues but he was very understanding, made me feel super comfortable and walked me through all the details of moving. He was AMAZING. I cant believe he is the only mait guy for that whole complex. The apartments are actually up to snuff now that hes here. I will miss this place but onto bigger and better things. more ... hide ...

Stayed here for a couple years, overall very positive experience! Really appreciated the property management and their help with all my questions and the rental process. They were available and happy to help! Glad I c hose Juniper Court as my first apartment experience out of college. Great location with the rec center and park nearby too! They dont deserve anything because the landlord wont let there own family help out others we were just there three days were homeless I hope the same stuff happen the her kids because she dont deserve anything she just p lain out rude and trying to kick people out because she dont like themShe find any way just to do it. Then she wont let her see here own children without them getting arrested she said she would arrest 15 year old for just being there more ... hide ...

The ladies in the office are just so amazing, nice and welcoming. They are truly willing to work with their renters and I love the apartments I so cant wait to move in!Edit: I moved in and while I do love my apartmen t I wish I would have chosen an apartment on the second or third floor the person living above me walks like an elephant banging things around in their apartment and its almost midnight. Every time Im almost asleep they stomp around or bang something and it wake me back up. My advice if you move here make sure you get a top apartment because mark my words you will here everything on the first floor. If you do get a first floor apartment make sure you invest in ear plugs. more ... hide ...

Like the location but mangers doesnt do anything i am having problems with my water heater for months and they havent fixeiy and theres cracks in windows and cold air come inside on the winter and when i moved in the car pet wasnt clean they lie and said they clean it and only been living on this apartment for a year and Im planning to move¤ more ... hide ...
