1. Who and what have you done about the error made on your behalf regarding the woman whos stuff went missing because of your staff?2. Do yall even plan on giving the money yall lost back to her cause from what the news said the lady didnt even wanna go on camera nor call back also lied and said shed give a statement when she didnt so yall just hire people to help tear your rep down even more3. Her staying here and yall not even trying to replace anything that yall threw out yall not only left her without a place but also her children and its said to say that her children beg her to come home but they cant because yall left them with nothing4. I think she should take yall to court and have yall served for everything that was in the house being that it was yalls fault so anybody reading this lets help seek out a good lawyer/pi to figure out what really went down and why because from what everything being said is they dont even care to pick up a phone nor care in general so let them get served more ... hide ...

Just moved in and there are already issues. The apartment was definitely not move in ready. Lease was signed after I saw the pictures of the apartment as I moved from Miami (my mistake, will never happen again). I assume d since they took the pictures of the apartment they wouldve seen it but this apartment is definitely not move in ready. The back door was missing a piece in the bottom and dirt and bugs are coming in, Im literally blocking it with a box. They put in a work order and they still havent come to check it out so obviously maintenance is super slow. Also, the actual apartment wasnt cleaned and if they paid someone to do, they should get their money back because the kitchen was full of sticky residue and the cabinets were gross and not to mention the carpet. They came in to clean it the day we moved in and its still gross. Gunk stuck to it, when you wipe it, its a weird color, this thing should just be ripped out. I honestly dont like to complain and usually just deal with things like this, but if I can help someone else make the right decision for their family/move, then I think its worth it.On another note, the leasing office is extremely nice and helpful, but thats kind of secondary in my opinion to all of the other issues weve had. more ... hide ...

Weve lived here in a 2 bedroom for a little over a year and when it came time to renew our lease, we really wanted into a 3 bedroom and had been on a waitlist so they worked with us on the lease while we waited and made the move from a 2 to a 3 bedroom as seamless as possible. The office manager made it so easy. And any time we had any problems at all in the apartment, maintenance responded quickly and was always super helpful and friendly. There is parks all around for kids and its in a nice quiet neighborhood. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking more ... hide ...
