Takes them forever to fix anything when I put a work order in. The maintenance man dont do his job he just walks around until its time to clock out. They dont keep the grounds clean all year around. They got mold on the inside & the outside of the building that they also dont do anything about it. more ... hide ...

Dont do it. Run away. The apartment is falling apart. Everything needs to be updated. They literally do raffles so people can give them positive review. Ive had a few things happen to me over the past 2 years.Wat er leaks, Carpet deteriorates, Windows are not properly installed. Cold drafts in all of the rooms. Cabinets are painted over. Office staff is useless, may as well just use online forms, water is temperamental.I repeat¦run away. Youre going to pay a lot to get very little.Please! Do not move In this place. It was by far the worst experience and still the worst experience and I dont even live here anymore. Make sure you keep all your paperwork because the main office dont have it together. more ... hide ...
