Ive lived here since 2009 & it was just okay when I moved in but its gotten better every year Ive lived here. Now its amazing & so beautiful up here & so much safer. Its also very peaceful. The office staff are amazing, so are the maintenance staff, & the new owners are awesome. This is a wonderful place to live. Safe, pretty, peaceful, & bus stops in front of & behind the complex. Landlord wont fix anything when she does its on her own time and usually takes months to fix. She has a real snobby attitude towards her tenants and always seems to be drama her first real priorities is not your wellbein g our your unit its her money. She doesnt have a on the call mantince man when things do happen so instead you get lied to continously. I definitely would not recommend to anyone government assistance or low income rent its definitely not worth the headache. Would rate negative stars but unfortunately Google hasnt adjusted the settings yet. more ... hide ...
