I wouldnt advice anyone to move here. Been out of air since June 1st they finally fixed it sept 30th. Manger knew that I just had a baby and she is a sick child. Manger let me stay in a different apartment she said I can stay there until they figure something out. Two days later call and told me I had to leave because they wanted they apartment back so me and my kids was back in the heat. I purchased my own window unit that cost over 400$. Promise me that they would take the difference out my rent and never did. I moved out 10 days early because of management and now they charging me over 2000$. more ... hide ...

Very nice and quiet place to live. The only problem is the home office doesnt like to fix things that are broken in the apartments. They take for ever to call maintenance. The home office workers are very rude when it comes to tenants calling for assistance. When you call to make a complaint, if you call more than once they will hang up in your face and never pass the message to get your problems fixed. My AC went out in my apartment it took them almost 1 month to fix it. The second time my AC went out it took them 2 weeks to tell the maintenance man and anther week and a half before someone came fix it. Thats the only issues with this complex. more ... hide ...

This place has gradually gone down hill. A relative has lived there for years and everything used to be nice and tidy there. Now the gate is rarely working, they barely spray for pests anymore and barely want to repair t hings in the apartments. Management and some of the folks that answer the phone in the office have been rude/nonchalant. These people that live here are elderly/disabled and need to be treated as such. Its a disgusting mess here and I dont recommend anyone moving their family here unless you have no other viable options. Even then rethink the choice. This is my relatives experience perhaps others have had better outcomes with this latest management change. more ... hide ...
