Love the area. Only problem is no one NEVER answer the phone. Dont return calls. No one is never in the office. Also, the machine to add money to the wash cards, should be placed outside of the rental office door. Reason being, no one is never in the office. Awful service. To start, the staff that works there is completely rude, and very hard to deal with. Their apartments are infested with insects and the carpet was extremely dirty (even though they charge every tenant $125 as a cleaning fee at the time of leaving.At the move-in, they took $400 as a security deposit and at the time where me and my wife decided to leave the apartment complex they started claiming that this was a move in fee rather than a security deposit. I tried speaking to the manager and explaining to her the misrepresentation that was done through her staff and she rejected to provide any sort of help and was very rude to me and my wife. To add, they AVOID WRITING THE DEPOSIT THAT YOU GIVE THEM TO THE LEASE and depend on the fact that you dont proof check every single term in there.Worst service you can ever have!! more ... hide ...
