I moved out of here a few years back. This place is beautiful & mostly quiet. BUT it is also kind of mysterious. You will never see a soul outside on a Beautiful day. You rarely see children playing at the parks. The nei ghbors call the police for ANYTHING or call the Management staff to gossip. This is a Great place for Children to Live, unless you live next to the Old people who will complain & Try to get you evicted because they Dont like children, or they are Just Pain VINDICTIVE. The Management will listen to Rumors, but they will Never Listen to you. They will evict you for anything (Including parking in a different spot by accident). There are plenty of kids that you may see under 5 years old roaming the property on their own, and their parents never get any warnings, but the good residents who clean up, watch their kids, and pay their rent are always the ones that are out the door. This place can be decent, if Management would loosen up their Dumb Rules, and Open their eyes. I just hope in a few years that this place wont go to Hell... Oh yeah, By the way when you move out, They treat you like Crap, Well right after you move in they treat you like crap too.! They send you letters in the door about violations, Calling the police because you are in Danger is a violation if your Lease.!..The worst thing I feel about this place is when the Maintenance men mow the grass for Hours madd early in the morning!!!!!..I understand people need to get up but Damn They go over the same area a hundred times !!! But I have to say its a lot better than any other low income property around.! What can you expect with the people they have to deal with... more ... hide ...

Its very unfortunate that The Cambridge YMCA has taken it upon themselves to disallow YMCA members from other gyms the ability to use their facility. They have been telling me for months that they have just not decided w hen that would be, leading me to useless weekly phone calls to check the status of their decision. It was never like this before covid and they have taken their precaution overboard. I did not wish to use my leverage as an employee for another branch but even when I told them this they said that I would still not be allowed, then saying that they could make an exception once or twice. I live on the area but am employed so thus have a membership with another Y. I do not know if what they are doing is even okay with the gyms policy as a whole. more ... hide ...

Thanks so much. Are you girls happy for having me and my kids in the street, homeless and no car? Now my kids dont go to school because i have no car, it broke down and i have literally nobody out here to stay with. Got denied shelter and now look at me in the streets with my kids I know its not your problem but you guys are heartless for throwing me and my family to the streets in the cold if that.. Thanks once again..**like im pretty sure you and everyone else had a lovely proper Christmas unlike my kids that still have gifts and they not confident. Because there is no reason for the tenants to know why I left. To top it off my daughter still gets picked on not living there. So therefore I dont consider building is safe for kids due to bullies.. Its so sad that you guys have to deal with new management because last time I checked, arent we suppose to get notify, to see if we want to stay with that new management.
