Seeking legal help and filing formal complaints against Sandra Y. Jackson and a receptionist named holly, their behavior and actions dealing with someone who has mental health issues is absolutely vile and unprofessional . I have never experienced such poor behavior from a psychiatrists office ever before. They do NOT know how to speak to clients professionally, do their job properly and have retaliated against me for filing a complaint against them. After ignoring me due to them not filing my time sensitive client paperwork that became overdue. Sandra Y Jackson yelling, lying and belittling me as a client over emails and phone calls. Sandra unprofessionally slipped up sending me her email address and then Sandra and the front receptionist holly BERATING me over how I got Sandras email when Sandra was the one who replied to my email, mad at a client over a huge mistake Sandra made. I sent out emails due to them not following up with my phone calls, paper work I mailed to them, and not filing the time sensitive paper work as they need to as it is their job. Holly is unprofessional, also speaks down to clients and its absolutely disgusting behavior to be talking to a client the way they do. Several other staff members disgusted and shocked at their behavior as I reported it to higher ups. Sandra never replied to my initial request to file a complaint, when I contacted them by phone and requested to speak to someone about this their behavior was directed towards me as retaliation, disgust and anger. Thankfully I have the resources and money where I can pass on the appropriate complaints to lawyers and others who will take this situation seriously, others are not so lucky or fortunate, which worries me about how they treat other clients who do not have the ability to advocate for themselves, get legal help and file complaints to the appropriate people with no retaliation. CHD you should be absolutely ashamed of yourself how you treat mentally Ill patients and clients. Sandra y Jackson, And holly I suggest getting a job out of working with mentally Ill people because they show no professionalism let alone compassion for those who are suffering mental illness.
