This community is peaceful, diverse and beautiful. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly as well - specially Shalaine. She is very helpful and professional.The apartments are a bit older and that brin g some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.My only suggestion is if the management is open for a change and look for more options to the re-certification program: like automatic renewal. For some of us, I dont see the point of going through all the recertification process and paperwork unless some major change happened in our life.In conclusion, I love my time here and will always recommend it to others. more ... hide ...

Not a place for Non SmokersThe apartment is nice, but if you are a non-smoker or have any pulmonary conditions, this place is not for you. Im not a tenant, but I visit my friend quite often. They are trying to say th at this place is a Luxury Apartment with their 2.5k+ per month. Of course it is, but the quality of living there is going in the opposite direction. I have asthma, and every time I visit my friend i have to get my inhaler ready. I dont know how it works when they show the place to future residents, because as soon as you open the door to enter the hallway, the cigarette smell will hit you like a truck. Honestly, the smell of the hallway is the same as an old club bathroom. Its disgusting. My friends unit is a bit far from that smell, but it is still a pain when you have to walk through that smoke cloud every time you go outside and come back home. My friend is looking for a new apartment now. I totally agree with that. Why are you paying a decent price for an old club, cigarette factory smells, and bad management? Because if they care about other tenants, the smell shouldve gone by now. more ... hide ...
