This place isnt what it used to be. Many Senior Citizens dont have a voice. Here is what angers me as an American, and that is banning house plants from being on the residents decks. Secondly, MANY residents smoke cigare ttes, cigars, pipes, etc.....AND they just banned smoking without a VOTE!!! Why dont they just take away all of their JOY that they have left in life? These are our Elders, and they deserve to be respected. Also, the maintenance men are wonderful, but there are a few that will go into your home WITHOUT ANY permission. These are supposed to be the Golden Years for the elderly.....guess not. Why dont you just say \"If you want your happiness taken away, move into 1000 Southern Artery.\" Maybe they can ban having a television next, or maybe just take everything away from them. This is not a good thing. This place needs to make serious changes, and maybe they should start in the front office with the Gestapo Lady. more ... hide ...

Staff is amazing and super friendly. Quiet and safe area and lots of space inside the apartments. Very well maintained. Lived here for around 3 years ...moved somewhere else and ended up regretting it. So happy Ill be mo ving back here in October of this year. more ... hide ...

This place has been infested with roaches and mice for over 30 years. No one should be even living there. Call Board of Health as Jason to tell you how many complaints that have been submitted. Also there was a rape ther e and a pedophile showing little kids his penis called police all 3 times it happened but because there is no cameras that work except pointed at the office nothing could be done. Also the office never informed people of the issues even after I let the regional manager know. For sure the worst place I have ever lived dont subject your family to this place. more ... hide ...
