My wife and I had the pleasure of calling Windsor Mystic River our home for about one year and three months. Our stay has been fantastic, from the luxury amenities (the dog spa is mind-blowing!) and down-to-earth staff. The residents are all friendly and have been extremely respectful of curfews. Furthermore, the premises is consistently maintained. It is a beautiful sight, especially in winter. Our dog loved running around the property, especially with all the snow!I was pleasantly surprised with the move-out process, as well! Generally, I am used to apartments eating our deposits or charging outrageous fees that can be considered borderline fraudulent. However, Windsor made my move out painless, and I was not charged anything! It is a breath of fresh air to find honest business practices, especially today.Big shout out to Matt, the property manager & Skylar, who has been a pleasure during the last few months of our stay. For anyone searching for an apartment to lease, I wholeheartedly vouch for Windsor to be your next home! more ... hide ...

Beautifully maintained however they like to control their tenants lives. Who can visit who can spend the night. How long their tenants can stay out of the apartment. They can not control these peoples lives. They have no control over family caring about their tenants. The staff is awful my grandmother has never done anything wrong except have family over. Ill never recommend this place to anyone. No wonder the people that do love there move in and then move right out. If I could give it zero stars for the way theyve treated my grandmother theyd get ZERO stars. more ... hide ...
