Some of these units may look nice but its not worth it. The advertised rent price will most likely not be the price you pay.The management office and personnel are unprofessional and unresponsive. You will constantly be harassed with flyers, robo emails, and robo calls every week. Lately some these have been \"friendly\" reminders on how you should conduct yourself on the property and they reserve the right to terminate your lease. In the winter you will experience this multiple times a day. Any maintenance issues could take months or may never be resolved. The property management company and maintenance crew forgets that the units are peoples homes and that tenants deserve respect.Other tenants are rude, disrespectful, and loud. This is not a peaceful community to live in. You will constantly be annoyed and harassed by property management and tenants. more ... hide ...
