That one door opens to the cold outside - these are Florida style apartments, so the door lets in cold. Our hallway on the third floor has an ice patch/puddle that forms where the floor dips.Also, there are no storm windows, so windows are quite cold.Amazon will leave your package in the back hall of a different building. (Obviously not Quail Runs fault.)Water sometimes (once a week?) has a strong smell and mild discomfort/burning of BLEACH.
