I have a my elderly mom who lives in Georgetown I just recently moved out from living with my mom. There is a bad mice problem going on everyone complains ,Georgetown refuse to fix the problem.My mom is 60+ years old and shes been calling and her doctors send letters in to move her !. Gergetown never answers her calls or if they do they never return her calls !!! My mom is very sick and no one has been listening to her everyone else gets moved for no reason ! But they cant move my mom who is sick, has a heart problem and asthma !!! And is elderly !!This is elderly abuse .. I am speaking out for my mom I am scared for her safety ..Thats the reason I moved out with my DAUGHTER !Now 8/2022my mom is still going through the same thing! She was told her cabinets will be changed its now going on 3 months with all her stuff on the table . At this point I dont know who to contact because all my emails to Nate are being Ignored!! I am getting sick of it and my moms health has gotten worse and Georgetown doesnt seem to care about .they are still putting her through the same thing more ... hide ...

Not helpful at all Ive been on the weight in this for 4 1/2 years not one call I constantly update with them,,, People that come to Gloucester. From other countries Illegally Get housing And free food stamps stay at the shelter for 30 days to get a house in certificate with no job no income at all hundred percent free rent is given its called housing first but people that been on the list that do work and trying to do something with them selves asked for help natives of Gloucester get put on an extended long waiting list and thats the whole truth and nothing but the truth So help me god!!! more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 25 years and in all my years here Ive seen many changes...all of them have been TERRIBLE!¢ First of all the AC is broken every other week.¢ They have been working on a busted pipe for months n ow (causing us to frequently lose hot water or all water).¢ They have been working on repairs to the roof for almost the entire year.¢ The back yard consist of outdated grills, wooden and outdated jungle gym set, & a pool which opens late and closes early.¢ The staff for the most part are friendly with the exception of a couple who play spys for management and report in on the personal/private lives of the residents.¢ They use to have a kids center for them to do homework after school and play games, watch tv, and make arts and crafts but they got rid of that years ago.¢ They have a workout room with outdated and run down equipment.¢ As of 2016 the building is now a smoke free facility so if your a smoker you have to walk to the street to partake in a cigarette.¢ New toilets and windows were installed recently. The toilets are meant to be green and save water but how can you save it when you have to flush it 27 times and the windows are neither here nor there. Didnt even replace ALL the windows.¢ The worst offender was Kim Bacca. The most inconsiderate general manager ever. She would evict you with an evil grin on her face. She was recently fired when one of her employees was hospitalized for being over worked and went to corporate and complained. Maybe things will get better.My final advice: Live Somewhere Else! more ... hide ...
