The Apartment building is generally poorly kept and now renovations are being done all together and abruptly. Residents are being told to stay out of their apartment units from 8am to 4pm. The people who planned this w ere extremely inconsiderate because there are residents who work and need to be able to use their apartment units. Some residents do not have other living arrangements. Which is likely to be the case for people who need low income housing. This place is a headache and is poorly run. more ... hide ...

EVERYONE in that office is extremely rude and very unprofessional. They lose important documents all the time. (Especially with social security numbers on it I find that very odd.) the entire staffed needs to be revamped !!! Keep your receipts! Its a lot shady things going on with them. They lie and tell you anything if you question them about anything. They get rude, hang up on you, etc. more ... hide ...

This place looks really nice but unfortunately no one ever responds to any inquiry I make to learn about or apply for the property. A year ago I scheduled an appointment for a tour but the agent forgot and was only able to give me brochure and write down my information before heading to another appointment.
