The manager Crystal is a liar. She does not follow check-out procedures and refuses to give me a copy of the document I signed. I have been waiting for 2 months and I have received NOTHING. She doesnt answer the phone or return messages. When I showed up in person, she told me she sent the document certified and I said wouldnt you have received a confirmation back that I got it? She said she didnt get that part and would mail again. So AGAIN, I gave her my address and nothing has been sent and its been another 2 weeks. When calling the complaint department they too do not answer the phone and there is no way to leave a voicemail message. This whole system is whack and I do not suggest you stay in their apartments. They are unprofessional and unresponsive. more ... hide ...

The Property Manager and Leasing Agent/Asst Managers are horrible human beings. They disrespect the tenants and are very cold shouldered. An elderly lady feel yesterday near the office and neither person came out of the office to check on the lady as she laid on the floor awaiting EMT. They keep the office door closed and shades drawn as to not have any interaction with residents. They rarely work and they have community meetings thats facilitated by the maintenance man. Quinn-Leading Agent has been recorded coming outside literally yelling at and being disrespectful to an elderly resident and that recording and complaints are being forwarded to the Adult Protective services and Dept of Aging for elder abuse. I personally reached out to Area Manager regarding conduct of Quinn and she took her side and stated that she was enforcing rules. When I stated the last Property Manager never used that tone and demeanor with residents the Area Manager stated and she is not here now is she! They both need to be hired and decent, friendly people should come in that want to work and offer an open door policy. I will update after complaints to APS and Department of Aging has been addressed. more ... hide ...
