My mom lives here and they could care less. Her air conditioning went out in the middle of summer didnt get to it for 3 days, she had to stay with me. And now she has a water leak, and she is not the only person and th ey dont care, she had to turn her own water off for 4 days and live like that till they can figure out what they are gonna do.. these are seniors that need help. Managers are extremely rude , I honestly feel like they have had tenets they had to be tough with BUt iTS NOO excuse to handle all customers like that , my god daughter lives out there and let me hear how they speak and its awlful ... theres no maintenance to fix things that is broken so how youre gonna be rude for her calling about a problem in the apartment someone higher needs to monitor this more ... hide ...

The pictures that I posted are when I first moved in kingsborough Apartments and up until today. I love these apartments. My apartment is on the back so my front door is in the hallway. These are for the elderly and disa bled and for people 55 and older. It is so peaceful and quiet. There is no stress and everyone looks after eachother. We have alarm strings that we can pull in cas of an emergency. The alarm system is very loud and there is a light that flashes up above our hall doors. It wakes up everyone in our building so that we can check to see if someone is in trouble or if someone needs medical attention. I truly love my apartment and I would recommend this complex to anyone who is 55 or older especially people who are disabled or are sick like I am. But they take anyone 55 or older and who are quiet. There is no stress, no violence, no loud arguments and no loud music or TV for me. I have peace and quiet in my home and that really makes me happy. more ... hide ...

The apartments are large and very nice amenities. The problem I have is with the manager, Paula. She is extremely unprofessional. She screams at tenents, she lies, she has to always be right and it is everyone else wh o is wrong. She cant handle the position since she wants no one in the office and if you go in there she screams at you then bans you from the office. She is the most disrespectful to the tenants andemployees. If she does. not like you for any reason and will try to make it miserable or try to evict yoy for any reason. She has her favorite people that she will allow you to stay even if you are dealing drugs. I lived there for 10 years and have nothing good to say about this crazy women. If you try to report her to corporate they only send her the request so needless to say nothing gets done. Just a word of warning dont move there as long as they imploy her. more ... hide ...
