Call this morning inquiring about in available apartment...The person that answered the phone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL made me think twice about asking if anything was available. The lady in the office at this moment do not g reet you back...I actually stated, \"Good morning, how are you?\" She responded, \"yea.\" I asked, \"is this Waverly Park?\" She said, \"yea.\" I instantly hung up the phone. The office just opened, ITS NO REASON FOR THE ATTITUDE! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE! Not only that, she told me friday I could come and do a walk through. Here it is Monday you dont have nothing to show but you have something available. Where there is inconsistency, THERE WILL BE PROBLEMS! So to avoid unnecessary problems I will go elsewhere! The property is declining due to a lack of maintenance, and the current property manager is ignoring the issues. Be aware of the non-jurisdiction having a deputy who harasses tenants and uses other tenants as exa mples when telling someone whos being bullied or harassed at that moment that hell put you out as he did whomever the last tenant that he expelled from their apartment hell include name and unit number. Use to work at this place. Most of the staff are pretty good but some shouldnt have their job! Management is a joke here. I wouldnt allow these people to watch my dog much less a person. Couple of rooms have outlet problems.. like some not safe to have things plugged in but they are anyway.. right against beds that residents sleep in. Food is awful. Residents are precious! Overall, pretty crappy place! Just my opinion. more ... hide ...
