Dont Waste Your Money or Your TimeI finally get a reply after ONE MONTH about my application at Baywood Place Apts in Gulfport, MS. Only after I contacted the main office, they had a regional mgr call me back. I paid $15 . They said they would refund. Claimed they were in Jackson, MS for a week. What about the other 4 weeks? There was no notice on the office door saying they would be away. For 1 month they did not answer the phone, return messages or reply to emails.They said they didnt have apts available and offered to put my name on a waiting list. I said NO! I dont want to rent from a company that doesnt answer the phone or emails and is not in their office. Save your $15.00. These people are shady. more ... hide ...

Dont waste your time here.... Theyre not interested in renting their apartments..1) After multiple online requests for information were completely ignored. (Keep in mind covid so everyone prefers online)2) They do not an swer the phones, and when they do the pick it up and hang it up again.3)They have many negative reviews for just such a lack of professionalism, and obviously dont care.4)The people in the reviews hyping the office staff need to stop. Its very likely either themselves, or close family and friends.In closing Id like to say Im driving up there personally today to see if the reviews claiming that no one is ever in the office are also factual, and will be sure to update my review based on what I find. I wish I knew who the property management group was.Edit** They were indeed not in the office. more ... hide ...

Had to leave a review because this was byfar the best phone call I have ever had in regards to an apartment! Called to inquire about renting a unit and Cedric was on point!! He immediately asked me my name, went into det ails about the location, the complex, income requirements, and the application process, what they offered and so on and so forth. He asked me what I was looking for (price range, size, amenities etc.)specifically and told me everything I needed to know and then some! He was extremely professional, got all of my contact information so they could send me more information. I was just blown away, apartment hunting has been a nightmare for me lately and Ive been extremely down but this phone call alone gave me hope for humanity seriously. The reviews seems a little too good to be true but if the customer service is this good I can only imagine how well they treat their tenants. I felt like I belonged there and Ive never even seen or lived in the complex before. Hoping to hear something back from them soon! Really appreciate it! more ... hide ...
