Tracy is a liar and a cheat. I couldnt get nothing fixed. Force to use a stove that was a fire hazard, amongst other things. Amongst 6 witnesses heard me tell her I was moving. On Feb 11th of 2021 my neighbor took a picture of a summons to court that was taped to my door. I was being sued for 4 months of rent after I left..3100.00 . I and my daughter attended court. She lied 3 times and the judge never done nothing to her. She told the judge she didnt know I left until Feb 11, 2021. My daughter testified that she came to me the day I moved out..To much buddy buddy system going on with the court. We didnt go out to the park much when we lived out there due to the kids, but to each his own. There is a pool and volley ball court (never in use) it would be better if they took out all that sand and put a basketball court there instead. There are a few activities for the community. But not as many as the previous management. Win some you lose some. At the end of the day this is a great income restricted residence to get you on your feet and start saving.
