I live here and love it!! Its been 3 years now. They have a pool a playground and they keep the grounds nice and clean..there is always someone here cleaning up and making it look good. There is a little store out front but they charge 5 times the amount of a normal convenience store..there is a dentist, a pharmacy, an awesome pizza place, a dog grooming place and a daycare right out front. I personally have not seen any drug activity myself but I have been to some office meetings that the Lowell police and management have put on and they have had some success in removing certain tenants..it hasnt been an easy task but its getting done. Overall I love living here and my buildings tenants are the most awesome tenants to live next too more ... hide ...

I moved into Whaler Place a little over 5 years ago and I have to say, its positively the very best decision Ive ever made!! The people here are like family, kind, generous and caring!! There are so many activities, yo u may never have to leave the building, except for groceries. Luckily, residents (Diane and Connie) keep us very busy with breakfasts, outings, bingo, knitting get-togethers, various card game nights, you name it, it happens here. NONE of any of this could be accomplished without the amazing staff and maintenance crew under the leadership of Mrs Torres. The work and care they put into their days, ONLY to please every single resident is outstanding. Winn Corporation should be very proud of the leadership and accomplishments Mrs Torres has provided ALL residents!! Maintenance, under the guidance of \"Keith\" keep this place in the best shape ever. Need anything, and both Mrs Torres or Keith are right there to help in any way possible. Im a very lucky lady to have found Whaler Place and thanks to everyone here, its a place I now call home!!! more ... hide ...

TO BAD I cant give this horrible place NO Star. Moldy place musty smell...magement knows about how much mold this complex has and they just cover and paint over it. I be came very very ill. I lived 7 yrs at 412 Blackbroo k Dr breathing black mold spores. Had to move to another state for better treatment due to redwood terrace... more ... hide ...
