RTH is a TERRIBLE management company. They take forever to fix anything. People have showed up for maintenance with no notice. Constantly doing construction (when we work from home) and when asked when the construction w ill be over they say theyll call back (never do). They are inconsiderate and awful and I would hate to ever have them for my management company again. They have been trying to set up our payment portal for FOUR MONTHS at this point and they always say theyre working on it. Seriously do better more ... hide ...

I lived in Bayberry apartments several years ago and its definitely one of the better places in the city to live in there the buildings are older and if you live on the ground floor the ceilings creak really loud dependi ng who is living above you but outside of that its safe has modern appliances and small bath rooms and very little storage areas with locked doors and intercom buzzers and the staff always has a turn around in help its never the same people or matinance but i have not lived there in many years and hope i dont ever need to go back because i live in a private home now which is much better. more ... hide ...
