Im a new resident, and my application and move-in experience have been great. My leasing agent Bridget has been very helpful and informative at each step in the process, and she patiently explained everything I neede d to do. Id had a rough few weeks with my return to Omaha, and I very much appreciate her assistance.To top that off, Ive already had a good interaction with apartment maintenance:Rick, the maintenance man who came by to take care of my broken thermostat, gave excellent service. I want to emphasize that Rick was professional, and very efficient at making the repair. He was also a real pleasure to talk to, soft-spoken and polite, and he came across as a decenr, hard-working guy. I dont know what youre paying him, but you should pay him more and hold onto him, because hes really good at his job.Rick was at my apartment soon after I called to report a defective thermostat, which I greatly appreciated since the forecast predicts cold weather tonight, and even colder weather in the coming days. My thermostat would either not work at all, or was unable to sustain heating - last night was pretty uncomfortable for me, even with a lot of blankets. He quickly replaced the bad thermostat with a newer one, and now my apartment is warm and comfortable.Kevin White more ... hide ...

This place used to be a decent place to live until Sarah went on leave and this new lady came in and let a bunch of drunks and crackheads in the building. We have random drunks walking through the halls at night with pol ice chasing after them. Homeless people INSIDE the building because the doors are always propped open leaving no security. Music blasting at midnight multiple times a week. The building is also UNSAFE. It is dirty, it reeks, theres a hole in the hallway ceiling, the laundry room floor is always soaking wet from the malfunctioning laundry machines. Not to mention, there was a fire and it was no fault of the tenants. There were gang signs spray painted on the front doors. Do NOT rent here!! It is unsafe and not worth your money at all! more ... hide ...

The buildings are at least a century old. The architecture is beautiful as is the courtyard. The apartments have all been remodeled and updated fairly recently. After having lived there for 2 years, I really liked my apa rtment and the location quite a lot. Im just glad my apartment was on the 1st floor and not the 4th floor as there are no elevators in these old buildings. Management there and I didnt see eye to eye, and even if I wasnt told that my lease would not be approved for renewal, I still would have moved out because the winter months here dont sit well with this southern boy. This past winter I walked from my apartment to the garage... a short 100 ft. walk if that... by the time I got to the garage, my hands hurt so much, I could barely move them. I was literally miserable with pain. I guess if I had grown up in a cold climate, it would have been second nature to me to put some gloves on before going out in -24 degree weather with a -38 wind chill. It was enough for me to decide right then and there that I would not renew my lease, and to move back south to Florida. more ... hide ...
