Closing up my second semester as an IT professional with 5 certificates and already a new job in the industry (25/hr starting rate). The school is extremely invested in student success and the faculty and staff are all g reat, friendly, and perky people. Easily a better (and more affordable) choice than my previous college (UNH). Even the quality of the education is better. You gain practical knowledge you will use every day in a job, not useless theoretical stuff that is no longer relevant in the industry. Great and affordable housing is available, and you will meet mature and hardworking people.Looking forward to my second year! more ... hide ...

They dont do repairs when there are some. They dont accommodate the tenants but themselves. They hire relatives and friends so the work is shoddy.

I had originally posted a good review for Wellington Hill Apartments. That was when we first moved in. Unbeknownst to me we have had MOLD in our guest bedroom in the Suffolk style apartment. The day I saw the mold on th e wall I reached out to the office with this information and it took me three times calling, leaving voice-mails, and sending emails with photos to even get some out 5 days later. Maintenance agreed this was likely a foundation leak and said they were looking into a solution. 2 months later I had to call and email again reminding them that we still had a mold issue and it was now causing my Asthmatic S.O. respiratory issues. We purchased a air purifier to try to help the air quality in the room. After another month of trying to have the issue addressed they offered to clean the carpet and wipe down the wall. After trying to set up a call to discuss this with the property manager I was directed to the regional manager. She informed me this was just mildew and common across all of their properties. We were offered the chance to transfer apartments which we are currently in the process of. While I would love to move out of this community all together this was our only option as we had just renewed our lease when we thought they were going to be fixing the issue. Now we are being charged extra in rent as well as extra pet fees to transfer. Please DO NOT move here. They are not fixing this mold issue and after reading more reviews this is not an uncommon issue in this community. They do not provide safe healthy apartment homes. more ... hide ...
