I am beginning my third year of living at EMBC and cannot say enough kind words about the staff. They smile, are helpful and always willing to go out of the way. We are hive of activities with something always going on a nd if you chose to have solitude there are areas on the property where you can sit undisturbed. My only regret? Low income/elderly/disabled/income based housing. Been living here since July 2022. I feel lucky with the state of the economy/inflation/rent. The property/grounds/buildings are nice. As per usual some tenants are probl ematic. Conservative thinking here. It is all white people so it is selfish and feels authoritative. I am new here and have 2 inspections already in under the 3 months I have been here. I am a single disabled woman with a dog so I am guessing it is \"easy\" to inspect a female as we dont \"argue\". I Dont like my home invaded and inspections should be no more than 1x per year but no one cares what goes on with vulnerable people. Bedbugs in some of the units that people dont participate to get rid f, probably due to lack of comprehension or funds, so avoid using the communal laundry matt.
