Horrible place. If I can give 0 stars I would. They dont care for the people living there. I went to pick up a family member and saw elder people shoveling snow by themselves. No one helps or cares about them knowing they are old and handicapped. What a shame this place is!! more ... hide ...

I called recently to find out about the apartments here, I spoke to sarah, who was extremely Pleasant on the phone and informative. As somebody whos in their late 50s I need to find a place that I can afford but I cannot afford to pay for my own heat, or for the hot water, that I will be using to take a shower wash my hands and do my dishes. To pay a $100 or more a month extra for this is not in my budget whatsoever. And to go through the \"Riff Raff\" to get assistance from organizations, to get this assistance, for help is more stressful and aggravating than one can imagine! to constantly have to give up your personal information to survive is not acceptable by any means. They need to make places for 55 plus people where your heat your hot water is included to where you only have to pay for your cable and electricity. Just my personal opinion. But again sarah, was very pleasant and kind on the phone to me. more ... hide ...
