My grandma had work done to her floors this past week and the contractors did a horrible job. They left her place a mess, left bubbles in the tiling, and messed up her outlets to the point where now her cable box no long er works because the outlets and now lose and unreliable. I tried explaining these issues to the building manager on behalf of my grandma as she is on little to no sleep cleaning up their mess, and the manager was rude and dismissive. During the pandemic shes also been difficult to work with and created more issues than help for several residents. I am going to make a formal complaint as well more ... hide ...

I absolutely love living here ! ive been here for a year now with my mom and honestly it was a weight lifted off of our shoulders . Not having to wait weeks for something to be fixed or even replace i usually email t he office let them know and someone is there by the hour or at the end of the day. The girls in the office are extremely amazing with everything and anything ! and also its super quiet here ! more ... hide ...
