The Courtyards is an alright place to live, Al in maintenance is awesome and i believe keep our community up and running single handed, besides the maintenance our complex isnt all that it presents itself to be, yes it nice looking, but, we are told that our amenities include the pool in the summer, but quite frankly it is closed more than it is open, the office staff can be a bit snippy at times, and now I think that they just rent to anyone to keep their numbers up as Ive seen people come and go with in the first 6 months and these people are not even friendly. We also are to have parking in our lot but people guest take our regular spots and we are forced to park near the road, they use to have a towing service to move those cars but not anymore, this complex wants more money and gives us less than what we pay for, as our rent goes up every year, and not by 30.00 or 40.00 dollars our went up $90.00, and my friend her went $180,00, it is a crying shame we pay as much as we do and dont get half the stuff we should! more ... hide ...

My father lived there for 20 years, staff is very polite, caring and in the 20 years never had issues with anyone there. Security is always doing their job, checking floors at night. One night my father left his stove on , his apartment was smoked up, this security guard happened to be doing her rounds and happened to go by dads door, she opened the door and my father was near a window trying to breathe fresh air, she saved his life and Im forever grateful. more ... hide ...
