Not bad place to live butt wouldnt recommend due to small hot water tanks that run out in 5 minutes. Cant wash hair and body in same shower.

I really didnt want to write a review but getting in touch with ANYONE to fix anything is like pulling teeth. First off, Ive been putting in work orders via phone and online when paying rent and trying to call th e office since MARCH. With no assistance. By the time I get off from work the office is closed. Theres the terrible cockroach and mice issue. I have a hole in the wall in my bedroom which Im sure is easy access for rodents, an opening in between my tub and bathroom sink, again easy access for rodents. My kitchen sink is very loose. I called for something that was supposed to be an emergency maintenance issue but no one ever got back to me (thank god it was just a circuit breaker issue or my food would have gone bad) Im constantly waking up to no hot water, yet they wanna send out notices to everyone for rent being on time and not being nasty via voicemail. Its frustrating. Theyre VERY lazy and uncaring. more ... hide ...
